Are you going to do the work for me?
Nope. I'm your strategist, sounding board, and problem-solver. I'll help you figure out what needs doing and guide you through the decisions. You'll handle implementation yourself or delegate it to your team.
How much time will I need?
We'll have one 60-minute call each month, plus Voxer support between calls. How much time you spend implementing changes will depend on your business and the issues we're tackling.
What happens after three months?
You'll have fixed the biggest roadblock(s) in your business and will know what to prioritize next. If you want to continue tackling the next set of problems with my guidance, we can renew your plan and not miss a beat.
What if my back-end systems and customer journeys are currently a chaotic mess?
No worries if your systems are a hot mess - most folks start there. We jump straight into your setup, untangle the chaos, and build smooth foundations together.
Can I cancel the monthly payments?
This is a three-month program with a total commitment of $1,500 on the payment plan. Choosing monthly payments spreads out the cost; it doesn't turn the program into a month-to-month membership.
